A Pause in the Public Sector Reform Process

Governor, His Excellency Andrew Pearce has been shedding some light of the matter of public sector reform here and the course it has taken over the years and where it is at presently.

He says even though there has been some well-intentioned work done, the architects of the reform have made a terrible mistake of making the process too complicated.

Governor Pearce says this has been and is the problem especially in a small island like Montserrat.
