Nyota Mulcare Re-Elected as President of the Montserrat Civil Service Association

The Montserrat Civil Service Association…MCSA now boasts a new executive led once again by Mrs Nyota Mulcare.

Mrs Mulcare, who was contested by Vickie Stephenson for the position of president, received 147 votes while Stephenson got 47.

Mrs Mulcare will be supported by Vice President Michelle Cassell, Secretary Anne Thomas, Assistant Secretary Sasha Farrell, Treasurer Siobhan Tuitt and Assistant Treasurer Janetta Samuel-White.

Anderson Kirnon, Roland "Jabo" Irish, Davon Williams and Linda Dias are the auxiliary members.

Courtney Crump was the supervised the elections.

The elections formed part of the MCSA’s annual general meeting on Wednesday at the Montserrat Cultural Centre.

Prior to the election of officer, the meeting heard the President’s report which was delivered by then President Nyota                                                Mulcare.

The financial reports for the years 2014 and 2015 were also presented

Over 200 civil servants attended the meeting.
