Ministry of Health to Open Influenza Clinic

The Ministry of Health will open an influenza Clinic in St. Peters later this week.

Ministry of Health and Social Services has confirmed Montserrat’s first imported case of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).

The patient travelled to Montserrat on March 10th, on British Airways flight BA 2157 from London to Antigua, before arriving on Montserrat.

Speaking at the press conference on Tuesday Director of Primary Healthcare Dr. Dorothea Hazel Blake says the move is to protect persons who turn up at the casualty department.
