Is Montserrat bold enough to take advantage of the global marijuana industry?

The question was posed on the View Point radio programme on Wednesday night as the debate continued on the decriminalization of marijuana.

Community Activist Glen Francis believes the argument should no longer be based on  but how the substance can be used to drive the island’s economy.
