DPP Clears Up Missgivings about Fair Trial for David S. Brandt
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has come out to clear up any misgivings concerning the High court matter involving veteran attorney at law David S. Brandt.
Oris Sullivan says contrary to what has been masquerading in the community and on social media, Mr. Brandt has been committed to stand trial by High Court Judge Justice Garret Evans.
Mr. Sullivan told ZJB News that the decision made by Justice Evans was based on the eight counts on which Mr Brandt is being charged including exploitation of girls under the age of 18 years.
