Young Man Attacked, Nursing Injuries

Police say they have launched a “major investigation” into the incident which left a young man nursing serious injuries. ZJB News understands that the man was attacked by four men during the early hours of Sunday November 3rd 2019.

The Royal Montserrat Police Service (RMPS) says its officers along with officers from the Fire and Rescue Services Department responded to the incident which occurred in the north of the island.

The man received medical care from the Fire Officers and was then transported to the Glendon Hospital for further medical attention. Police say the scene was processed by “scenes of crime officers” and inquiries into the matter are currently ongoing.
