Geothermal, Transportation Priorities for Energy Unit

Georthermal exploration is still very much at the top of the priority list for the Ministry responsible for Energy.

Recently appointed Energy Director Kenrick Burke says following the successful drilling of the first two exploration wells, the Energy unit will now devise strategies designed to derive the best use for the people of Montserrat.

Speaking in a recent interview with the Government Information Unit, Mr. Burke also spoke about plans to develop the local transportation sector.
