Three Men Charged For Attacking Young Man

Police on Friday charged three men for the brutal attack of a young man in the north on Sunday.

Shiloh Sweeney of Judy Piece, Caleel Joseph of Mongo Hill and Deveto Grant of Look Out have been charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding the man with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm.

All three defendants were granted conditional bail in the sum of ten thousand Eastern Caribbean dollars each with one surety. If found guilty the defendants will be liable to imprisonment for life.

Sweeney, Joseph and Grant are accused of brutally attacking the man, Clarone Smartt in the early hours of Sunday morning, leaving him to nurse serious injuries to his head.
