Shirley Osborne Blames PDM Administration for Fly Montserrat's Troubles

A Political Candidate contesting the November 18th general election is placing full blame squarely on the Government of Montserrat for the recent issues associated with Fly Montserrat.

Shirley Osborne who served as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly for the past 5 years, says the main issue is that there is no government policy in place to support Fly Montserrat.

Osborne appeared in “the Pit” on Radio Montserrat Wednesday morning.
