Ticketing System Coming for Traffic Offenders in Montserrat

Commissioner of Police Steve Foster says a ticketing system is still on the cards for traffic offenders.

This is in response to an increase in traffic violations.

More than 120 vehicular accidents that occurred in Montserrat in 2018.
