Governor Commits to Public Sector Development

Her Majesty the Queen’s representative has committed himself to public sector development on Montserrat

His Excellency the governor Andrew Pearce says he is prepared to let all ideas contend to arrive at the best way forward.

Governor Pearce says the general indicator of improvement must come from the public, stressing that where the public is disgruntled is evidence that it cannot be business as usual.

He says the Empowering Excellence Programme is a solid foundation for the improvement wheel to be set in motion
