A More Focused Approach Needed Says Former Premier

Former Premier Reuben T. Meade says there needs to be a more focused approach to Montserrat’s development going forward.

He says the belief that the island will develop on British aid must be stamped out right here and now.

Mr. Meade says it is fool-hardy to think that the much talked about “first call” concept will by itself do any good for Montserrat.
