Former Premier Blames Montserrat's Economic Activity on Rookie Mistakes

A former Premier of Montserrat has attributed the slowdown in economic activity on island to what he calls “rookie mistakes.” 

Reuben T. Meade was at the time discussing Montserrat’s economic status and the way forward on the radio programme “View Point” Wednesday evening

Mr. Meade stated that the current Donaldson Romeo administration never got a grip of the concept that government was continuous and therefore missed the trick when they came into office.
