A Call Has Been Made for the Government of Montserrat to Ease the Tax Burden on Small Business

A Member of the Opposition believes the development of small and medium size businesses is key to assist with the recovery of the economy.

However, Dr. Samuel Joseph says the government must first find a way to ease the tax burden that has stifled the growth and development of micro enterprises on the island.
