National Parental Commission to Be Set Up Later This Year
An attempt is being made to improve parental support here.
The Honourable Minister with responsibility for Social Services Delmaude Ryan says the lack of parental support for the island’s students is becoming a major issue island-wide.
To fix this issue, Mrs. Ryan says a National Parental Commission will be set up later this year.
Minister Ryan is appealing to parents to be a bit more supportive of their children.
The Minister was speaking during debate on the 2018/2019 Budget at the Montserrat Cultural Centre on Thursday.
