Royal Montserrat Police Service Strengthens Efforts to Curb Violence Against Children

The Royal Montserrat Police service is setting up a child protection unit.

Inspector Courtney Rodney says officers will be specifically tasked with investigating violence and abuse of children.

Speaking at a symposium in Brades on Monday, he said this was in response to an increase in sexual exploitation and other abuse of children in the community.
