Premier Calls for Increased Financial Education in Montserrat’s Schools

Premier and minister for finance, the Honourable Reuben T. Meade has stated that his government is looking at several initiatives to encourage primary schools on island to join the investment climate.

The Montserrat leader of government business is making a strong case for financial information to form part of the curriculum in all the primary schools on island.

Speaking as a guest on ZJB Radio as part of activities marking Financial Information Month (FIM), Premier Meade said the primary aim is to help those who are already in business or intend to start one.
