“Walk Across Montserrat” Fundraiser Returns in 2025

“Walk Across Montserrat” returns in 2025.

The fundraising initiative, held by the Montserrat Brain Trust, led by activist Shirley Osborne, takes participants on a walk from the Plymouth Wharf to Carr’s Bay on March 15th. 

Funds raised go towards helping The Montserrat BrainTrust AfterSchool, an after school programme on the island which provides educational assistance, life-skills training and personal development for Montserrat’s children.

The registration fee for the walk is $25 Eastern Caribbean Dollars or $10 United States Dollars. Persons also have the option to register for the walk and receive a Walk T-shirt, the cost, $60 Eastern Caribbean Dollars or $25 United States Dollars.

Virtual training for the walk begins February 1 on both the Facebook page and the website.
