Montserrat's Wildlife Protected as Construction of New Pier Continues

The public has been assured that safeguards are in place to protect Montserrat’s wildlife as construction of the new pier continues in Little Bay.

At Thursday’s townhall meeting Project manager Rawlson Patterson said there is evidenced to suggest that the bat population and under water corals are thriving.

He announced that experts have been doing water quality checks, as work progresses on the 100 million dollar project, funded by the British Government.
