St. Patrick's Credit Union Selected For Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Pilot Project
The St Patrick’s Cooperative Credit Union (SPCCU) on Montserrat has been selected to pilot the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB’s) new Automated Clearing House (ACH) project.
This has been revealed by Manager of the SPCCU, Peter Queeley.
Mr Queeley told ZJB News that the testing of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) will be the first aspect of the ACH to be tested, adding that cheque-clearing would be introduced at a later date.
