John Osborne Wants To Capitalize On The Resources In The Diaspora
A young politician who is making his entry into the political arena feels that every effort should be made to capitalize on the resources of Montserratians in the diaspora.
John Patrick Osborne recently announced his candidacy to contest the upcoming general elections on the United Alliance’s ticket.
He contends that numerically, Montserratians in the diaspora have the capacity to market the island externally, especially where trade is concerned.
He also highlighted that should the United Alliance, under the leadership of former premier Reuben T. Meade be elected to office, their aim would be to maximize diaspora involvement in all areas.
