Opposition Leader Here Voices Load Shedding Concerns

The leader of the parliamentary opposition has voiced his concerns about the MUL load-shedding schedule and the fall outs being experienced by residents.

Honourable Paul Lewis says he has been monitoring the situation and feedback from impacted residents, and feels that the government of the day needs to come out and talk to the people.

Mr Lewis says not only is the load-shedding inconveniencing, but the unstable on and off electricity supply has resulted in some customers experiencing damages to appliances and food spoilage.

He is calling on the government to look at and offer some form of compensation to those affected.
