Friends In The United States Give Back To The Golden Years Home

Patrick Meade and friends in the United States of America continue to throw their support behind the care of the elderly on Montserrat.

In the continuation of their good will gestures, they have donated a consignment of much-needed items to the Golden Years Home for the Care of the Elderly.

The latest consignment consists of wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower benches, hand sanitizers and toothbrushes.

Patrick Meade and friends also include Maurine Johnson, Virgie and Marie O’Garro, Meridith Daley, Edith Roach and Sylvester Jarvis.

Meade is extending sincere thanks to the contributors who have contributed in cash and kind to this worthwhile venture. He says the aim is simply to give back to the trailblazers who have set the path for others to follow.

Meantime, in receiving the donation, the management of the Golden Years Home for Care of the Elderly expresses deep gratitude to Patrick Meade and friends for continuing to remember the residents of the home and for so willingly giving back to a worthy cause on island.
