Vanessa Farrell's New Book Makes Best Sellers List

Two authors have come together for a joint project, aimed at empowering women here and in the region.

Jo’Hanna Samuel and Montserratian Vanessa Farrell, facilitated the creation of a book entitled, Passion and Purpose, 21 Inspiring Stories from Women in the US Virgin Islands on Business, Leadership, and Life.

 Passion and Purpose presents a variety of viewpoints and experiences from women who have succeeded in their personal and professional lives with the intention of encouraging readers to pursue their passions and embrace their individual purpose.

 This collection of stories, curated with inspiring accounts of perseverance, determination and success, were written by twenty-one women in the US Virgin Islands, who range from entrepreneurs to civic leaders,are open and honest about their successes and setbacks, giving readers insightful information and inspiration.

 Co-author and visionary, Jo’Hanna, said that Passion and Purpose is not just a book, but a movement. She said that by sharing these stories, women can be inspired to become leaders and inspire others to do the same.
