Financial Services Commission Names New Commissioner

The Financial Services Commission has a new Commissioner.

He is Mr Fabian Singh, who formerly took up the role on Monday 9th January 2023.

Mr Singh has 18 years of experience in financial regulation and supervision from his previous role at the Bank of Jamaica.

Notably,during his tenure at Jamaica’s Central Bank he was also integral in several financial regulatory and supervisory change management and digital transformation initiatives.

Mr Singh holds an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, England.

The Board and staff of the Commission says it welcomes Mr Singh to the team as they transition to another era of regulation and supervision of the financial services sector on Montserrat.

The Public is kindly asked to take note of the appointment of Mr Fabian Singh as Commissioner of the Montserrat Financial Services Commission.
