Young Leader on Island makes Suggestion for Retaining Montserrat's Population
A young medical officer says providing clear career pathways for youths is key to retaining Montserrat’s population, which has been in decline.
Dr. Tiffany Skerritt was also a keynote speaker at the 4th annual Montserrat Conference, which was held virtually on Saturday.
She made this suggestion to help attract people back to the island.
