Montserrat Complaints Commission Shares Concerns About Restrictions to its Jurisdiction

The Montserrat Complaints Commission has expressed concern about restrictions to its jurisdiction.

In a press release issued on Wednesday the body said this may have permitted actions of maladministration and breaches to human rights.
