MCSA Launches Back-to-School Initiative
The Montserrat Civil Service Association is playing it’s role in supporting members ahead of the upcoming academic year.
The MCSA launched it’s “back-to-school giveaway” initiative this week which seeks to ease the pressure on parents in light of inflation and soaring energy bills.
The giveaway allows for children at the early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary level to benefit from monetary vouchers in preparation for the new school term.
