Ministry of Education Pushes Beyond Glaring Challenges to Ensure Continuous Learning
The Ministry of Education has been highlighting some challenges faced with providing continuous education on island in a Covid-19 environment.
Permament Secretary within the ministry, Lyston Skerritt, points out that while plans for an online platform for continuous education go back a decade to the ICT policy, the challenges are ever present.
Appearing on the Breakfast Show Monday, Mr. Skerritt, says having everything in place would be ideal to help the cause but fiscal and resource implication always has to be taken into consideration.
