Activities for Festival 2021 Will be Held Indoors
The major events during the 2021 Festival season will be held indoors.
Director of the Montserrat Arts Council Kenneth Silcott says events such as the calypso shows, and the queen show will be held at the Cultural Center.
This he says is based on advice from health professionals.
Silcott explains the protocols that would be in place to ensure everyone is safe during the events.
