Veteran Attorney David S. Brandt Questions the Constitutionality of the Public Service Commission
A Veteran Attorney-at-Law is questioning the legality of the Public Service Commission…PSC as it is currently constituted.
David S. Brandt says according to the Montserrat Constitution, the PSC should consist of a chairman and five other members, one of whom should represent the Montserrat Civil Service Association.
Mr Brandt says however, he has learnt that the current PSC is not operating in such manner.
