David Brandt Subjected To Strict Bail Conditions

The High Court, Montserrat jurisdiction, has outlined a number of conditions upon granting bail for prominent attorney at law David S. Brandt.

The court acceded to an application for re-admission of bail by defence lawyer Dr. David Dorsette. It heard both Dr. Dorsette for the defence and Anesta Weekes QC for the Crown.

The bail conditions imposed on David S Brandt on November 23, 2018 were reinstated Thursday with additional terms.
