Social Security Fund In The Red & At Tipping Point

The Montserrat Social Security Fund is at a tipping point.

Premier the Honourable Joseph Farrell issued the stark warning while delivering his administration’s 2020/2021 budget the stark warning on Thursday.

Premier Farrell said the fund has been in deficit for the last 8 years and if no action is taken, it would not be able to meet its obligations.
