A Call for Government to Scrap the Alphabet System for the Next Shopping Period
The Government is being advised to scrap the alphabetical system for shopping before the next shutdown period.
A member of the public who called in on the Breakfast Show on Tuesday suggested that the system, introduced to prevent crowding at the supermarkets and banks, is not working.
She explains why.
The current lockdown ends on Thursday.
The government has not yet decided on whether or not it will be extended.
