Montserrat engages Antigua on using Twin Otter service between the islands
Montserrat’s leader of government business says preliminary discussion has started with Antigua/Barbuda’s Prime Minister Gaston Browne regarding the new LIAT 2020 arrangement and how the island can benefit from using twin otter service as an air bridge between the islands.
Speaking at a government press conference Friday morning, Premier, Honourable Joseph Farrell said the talk centred around Montserrat being able to fit into the New LIAT provisions for twin otter service to cater to the smaller routes in the region.
He says although there is no concrete decision on offering of the service and timetabling, the government of Montserrat will be more than interested to advance the dialogue going forward.
