Scholarship Opportunity

Citizens of Montserrat and other Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) could benefit from scholarships by the Government of Mexico.

And this as the Government of Mexico, through the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation, has announced the 2020 Call for Merit Awards for International Students.

The scholarship is open to nationals from OECS Member States who are interested in studying a specialization, masters or doctorate degree; conducting graduate or postdoctoral research; as well as mobility programs of bachelor, postgraduate and medical specializations.

Applications from citizens of OECS Member States must be completed online through the Academic Cooperation Management System (SIGCA).

The deadline for applications is Friday, 27 September 2019 at 3:00p.m. The results will be published on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, through the Embassy of Mexico.

The Call for merit awards for international studies is offered to more than 180 countries, within the framework of bilateral agreements, multilateral mechanisms and special agreements.
