Young Leaders Benefit From Rotary Club Skills Development Training

Take Part Montserrat hosted its first local Rotary Youth Leadership Awards.. RYLA.. last weekend.

Organized by the Rotary Club of Montserrat, RYLA is an intensive leadership experience where young people are able to develop their skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.

RYLA provides an opportunity for young people to build communication and problem-solving skills, discover strategies for becoming dynamic leaders in school or the community, learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors and unlock their potential to turn motivation into action.
