Former Union Leader Supports MCSA President

A former Union leader and organizer has thrown his full support behind the president of the Montserrat Civil Service Association (MCSA), Nyota Mulcare. 

The Union representing civil servants on Montserrat, lodged a complaint with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office over the Governor’s handling of a report of misconduct levelled against the Deputy Governor, Mrs. Lyndell Simpson. 

The MCSA’s President Nyota Mulcare said the union brought to the Governor’s attention a matter involving the Deputy Governor where she allegedly confronted a public officer on duty over a personal issue.

And now, Chedmond Browne said Mrs Mulcare was well within her right to move the matter to another level if she didn’t get the satisfaction she was expecting.
