Academic Questions Value of Inquiries By British Government
The head of the University of the West Indies (UWI) Open campus is questioning the value of having inquiries and consultations commissioned by the British Government in the Overseas Territories.
Gracelyn Cassell suggests that such exercises have led to little change in the past.
