Attorney At Law Challenges Bank Policy

An attorney here is calling on financial institutions to allow clients the freedom to choose their own legal representatives when making loan applications.

Warren Cassell says the practice is for persons to use the bank’s attorney, which may not be in the best interest of the client.

Mr. Cassell said allowing persons to seek independent legal advice is beneficial to both parties.
