A and F To Resume The Sale of Fuel on Saturday

ZJB News has been reliably informed that the A and F Service Centre will resume the sale of gas and diesel to the motoring public on Saturday morning (August 4th)

Confirmation of this has come from the fuel supplier Delta Petroleum Ltd.

A and F Service Centre abruptly closed its doors to the public last Wednesday, a move the company said stemmed from years of financial troubles.

The company’s management released a statement to the public on Thursday stating that its operations had been placed in a vulnerable position hence the closure.

Since its closure, the Government of Montserrat has been holding discussions with both A and F and Delta Petroleum Ltd to work out the best course of action going forward.

Premier Donaldson Romeo told ZJB News that the government will continue to work with both companies to find a more long term solution to the situation.
