Allen Promotes Montserrat Internationally
US based Sprinter Lavon Allen wants to put Montserrat back on the map.
Allen represented Montserrat at the recently held CAC Championships in Toronto.
He ran 10.95 in the qualification of the men’s 100m and 11.00 in the semifinals.
He had a best leap of 7.43m in the men’s long jump.
