Undocumented Workers an Issue for Labour Official

The number of undocumented workers in Montserrat is causing concern among labour officials.

Labour Officer Phillip Mulcare says these persons are breaking the law...so much so that action would have to be taken.

He also raised the possibility of an amnesty so that persons can regularize themselves.
