Premier Romeo Warns Against Politicizing Healthcare

The Honourable Premier Donaldson Romeo says issues such as healthcare and the hospital should not be politicized.

He was responding to statements by independent Member of Parliament Dr. Ingrid Buffonge, in which she expressed dissatisfaction with the healthcare system.

She made reference to the paucity of doctors and the lack of vital pieces of equipment.

However Premier Romeo said her statements were misleading.

Premier Romeo says issues such as the hospital were discussed with UK government officials on his recent trip to London.
