Cost of Social Houses Balloons to $500,000

The four social houses constructed in Davy Hill and Look Out, so far carry a price tag of 500, 000 dollars each.

This was revealed by Minister of Housing David Osborne, who says the cost includes project management and supervision fees.

Speaking in the Assembly he indicated that the escalating was due to the design and specifications of the buildings to make them hurricane resilient.
