Entrepreneur Nicole Duberry Calls for Unity to Move Montserrat Forward

“Working together the way it used to be” is the recipe to move Montserrat forward.

That was the crux of the parliamentary address by Honoured Speaker Nicole Duberry at Tuesday morning’s opening ceremony of the Legislative Assembly

The ceremony, conducted over the past two years to replace the then Throne Speech, is designed to give Montserratians a sense of ownership of their Legislative Assembly

In her passionate address to the assembly, Ms Duberry, a licensed surveyor, spoke of the selflessness and dedication needed for the advancement of Montserrat for future generations to enjoy.
