The Government of Montserrat is planning to make lands available for housing development to help to solve the island’s intractable housing problem.
Portfolio Minister, Honourable John Patrick Osborne says sites have already been identified and studied for possible housing subdivisions.
He says the aim of the United Alliance (UA) administration is to increase access to affordable housing for low and middle income residents, and to increase the social housing stock.
