Real Estate Agents Must Pay Annual Registration License Fee by January 15th

Under Section 5 of the Real Estate Agents (Registration) Act (Cap.6.10) makes it mandatory for All Real Estate Agents on Montserrat to pay their Annual Registration Licence fee by 15 January each year.

All Agents concerned are reminded of this requirement and to visit the Ministry Headquarters to settle outstanding feesby March 07, 2025.
