License Necessary for Carrying on Certain Trade

In accordance with Section 3(1) of the Trade Licenses Act, "no person shall follow or carry on the trade or business of a merchant or of a huckster or peddler or of a traveling agent without having first obtained from the Accountant General a license for that purpose."

Therefore, in accordance with the Act, all persons or businesses trading in Montserrat are reminded that renewal of your trade licenses for 2025 became due and payable on January 1, 2025.

Payments should be made to the Accountant General, Treasury Department, Little Bay - Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.
