Montserrat at a Glance – Population and Housing Census 2023

Wednesday, 12 February, 2025 GIU, Montserrat – The Statistics Department Montserrat (SDM) is pleased to announce the release of its first publication of the 2023 Population and Housing Census (PHC) results, Montserrat at a Glance 2023. This publication offers a brief overview of the final census findings across several areas, providing key insights into demographic, health, education, migration, and housing trends on the island. 

As the first official release of the 2023 PHC results, Montserrat at a Glance 2023 serves as an initial overview, with more detailed thematic reports to follow in the coming months. These forthcoming reports will provide in-depth analyses on various aspects of Montserrat’s population, housing, and socio-economic landscape. 

Printed copies of Montserrat at a Glance 2023 will be made available shortly, ensuring accessibility to stakeholders, policymakers, researchers, and the general public. The SDM remains committed to providing timely and reliable statistical data to support informed decision-making at all levels.
